If you are a referral partner, please use the portal to make applications using your unique username and password. This form is only for households who do not have the support of a referral partner.
The Home Heating Fund can only accept one application per household. If you have already applied via one of our referral partners, please do not apply again – the application will be declined.
If you apply through the ‘Household Application’ route, it is your responsibility to send us the evidence to us via WhatsApp (07720091131) or email (email@example.com). Please make sure you include your name, postcode, and your application number if you have received it so we can add your evidence to the application.
You will need to supply details of your energy bills – the easiest way to do this is to send us a copy of a recent bill

It is important that you have received money or energy advice from an accredited agency (it’s a condition of application). You will need to supply evidence that you have received this advice. Please do not complete the form unless you have this evidence. Unfortunately we cannot award any grant funds without this.
Some more important information
- Double Checks – Please be aware that we use energy industry databases to check that the supplier information provided is correct. If you are applying for oil, LPG, coal or logs you will need to provide a written quote or a copy of an email from the supplier that includes your account reference, and the supplier’s bank account number and sort code.
- We do not send funds to personal bank accounts in any circumstances.
- Most people will find it easier to apply via a local referral partner. You can find a list of local referral partners HERE.
